Registering, Logging in/out, Passwords, Profiles
Q: How easy is it to register?
A: Its extremely easy to register and will take you around 2 minutes.

Q: How do I register?
A: By clicking on the “Register” button at the top of the screen, follow the on-screen instructions and fill in your details. Any errors with your registration will be clearly displayed in a pop-up window – please pay close attention to any messages displayed here. 

Q: How do I log in?
A: There are two ways to log in, either by clicking on the “Log In” button at the top of the screen or alternatively once you have added your choice of products to your basket click the “Your Basket” button at the top of the screen and then click “Checkout”. You will then be taken to the Log In/Register page were you should follow the above instructions for Logging In/Register.

Q: How do I log out?
A: To logout simply click the “Log Out” button at the top of the screen. This button is only shown once you are logged in. 

Q: I’ve forgotten my password – help!
A: Simply click the “Log In” button at the top of the screen and then click the link 'forgot your password?' and follow the instructions. Your password will then be sent directly to you via e-mail.

Q: How do I change my personal profile?
A: Once you are registered and logged in, you can change your personal profile at any time. Simply click the “Log In” button at the top of the screen and log in following the instructions above. Then select the button 'My Account' located at the top of the screen. You can then select the 'Personal Info' link and your current details will be displayed; here you can change any details you wish.


Finding Products
Q: How do I search for a product?
A: The section headings in the left hand menu are straightforward and tell you exactly what will be in that area. If you cannot find an item, you can use our search facility found at the top of the section headings.

Q: What can I do if the product I want is unavailable?
A: We regularly update our stock levels and remove any items that will not be coming back into stock. If any item is still in the store but marked as “Currently out of stock” then it is likely that it will be back in stock. Please come back and visit the store again soon to check availability.
Unfortunately, from time to time we will run out of stock on certain items. When this happens we will remove them from the website so users cannot order these products, this avoids disappointment when we can’t fulfill their request.


Placing An Order
Q: Do I need to be registered to place an order?
A: No you don’t need to be registered to place an order.  If you do register you will have the benefit of tracking your orders and completing any future orders without having to re-enter your personal details.

Q: How do I choose the correct size?
A: Sizes are slightly different depending on where you are in the world. Please click the “Size Chart” link at the bottom of the page to work out the fitting you need. 

Q: How much do you charge for delivery?
A: Delivery charges are worked out by weight and depend on where you are in the world. Please click the “Order Info” link at the bottom of the page to find out how much it will cost to get your order to you.

Q: Can I pre-order products?
A: We may take pre-orders on certain products which we anticipate to be in high demand. These products will be clearly advertised as pre-order products and display the "Stock Availability" message of “Order now to receive the product on day of release “. This then ensures that you are guaranteed to receive the product even when numbers are limited and also guarantee that you will receive the product on the launch date. All pre-ordered items will be authorised and charged for prior to despatch. Please note, if other products are ordered at the same time as a pre-order product then these will be held up until the pre-order product is launched.

Q: How do I view my current shopping basket?
A: The contents of your basket will always be shown in the left hand column of the screen.   Alternatively you can click on the 'My Basket' button on the top of the screen to display your basket contents. 

Q: How can I amend my current order?
A: By clicking the “My Basket” button at the top of the screen you can view all the items in your basket in detail. Here you can change the Quantity of the item or click the Delete option to cancel individual items.

Q: Can I change the shipping address of an order?
A: Yes you can change the address of the order to anything you want! If you wish to have your order delivered to another address simply click the 'Edit Delivery Address' button on the checkout page. Please note, every time you enter a new address it is stored on your profile and next time you shop with us you will be given the choice of your previous addresses or to enter another new address. 

Q: What if I live in a VAT Free country?
A: If you live in a VAT Free country VAT will still be charged where applicable at the standard rate of 17.5%. It is then the customers responsibility to claim the VAT back.

Q: Is there anywhere you can’t ship an order to?
A: At the moment we can ship orders to most places in the world. If you are worried about us not being able to send an order to you, please complete the contact form with your concern and we will look into it for you. 

Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo and Maestro for purchases made over the web.

Q: How do I complete the order?
A: Once you have entered your address and credit card details you will be taken to an Order Success Page.
